Eastern Suburbs FC Juniors

We would like to take this opportunity to welcome all new and existing players to what is promising to be an exciting year at Eastern Suburbs Football Club – the mighty tigers. Easts prides itself on being a family based club, catering for players of all ages and skill levels.

A positive addition to the club this year is the Skills Development Program run by Paul Osmond, Junior Director of Coaching.  The program will provide additional player development opportunities in a supported environment.

As the club is run by volunteers we are always keen to welcome further assistance. If you would like to help out in any way please speak to one of the committee members.

We trust that season 2010 offers you and your family a positive football experience.

Time on the Park

All age groups including U13’s and younger, these players are to be given as close as possible – equal playing time.  This can vary from game to game but over the season coaches should try where possible to adhere to this request.

For U14’3 and older the Club recommends that all players be given as much time as possible but equal time is no longer a requirement.  The amount of time is at the discretion of the coach.

The Club does not encourage eating at half time.  The Institute of Sport recommends drinking water only.  Please ensure that players drink lots of water before, during and after each match.
